The encircling mountains embracing New Taipei City are not barriers, but energy's origin. Rivers carve intricate paths through these ranges, meandering amidst urban spaces, transmitting mountain vitality outward. The ocean, connecting the world, guides people from all over to northern Taiwan. Looking at New Taipei City from the mouth of the Tamsui River, with a map in hand, they delve inward to explore the abundant energy of this land.
