台湾油矿陈列馆介绍台湾油矿探勘，钻井、生产、炼制、海域探勘生产等作业流程及台湾油矿产业发展历史，并具教育、观光功能。展馆融入最新科技，以动态影音、实体模型及互动科技等方式展示。除强化认识出磺坑石油开发史及呈现台湾石油产业文化之历史价值，也借由提升社会大众对于能源的认识，进而珍惜使用得来不易的油气资源，达到教育推广的目的。

The Taiwan Oil Mining Exhibition Hall showcases the history and processes of oil exploration, drilling, refining, and offshore operations. Through films, models, and interactive displays, it highlights the legacy of Chuhuangkeng oil development and Taiwan’s petroleum culture, while promoting energy awareness and the importance of conserving valuable oil and gas resources.
