这是一个诠释人与海洋关系的空间。一个让故事的主角从「海洋」回到「人」，展演台湾与海维生共存的生命经验，呈现人与海洋的紧密关联，同时回首政治性海禁及掠夺海洋资源的黑暗史。展示透过各种互动、多媒体展演，让观众可从行动体验中意识各式海洋议题，进而思考「海洋文化」精神与本质。

This hall explores the relationship between people and the ocean. It shifts the focus from the “ocean” back to “humans” presenting Taiwan’s life experiences of coexisting with the sea and highlighting the close bond between people and the ocean. At the same time, it reflects on the darker history of maritime bans and resources exploitation. Through interactive and multimedia displays, visitors engage in hands-on experiences that raise awareness of ocean issues and inspire reflection on the spirit and essence of “ocean culture.”
