很多内地项目在前期就会认真考察供应商背景，而中国台湾则是在“公开招标后” 才允许正式接触，也就是说，采购时间短、节奏非常紧凑，真正的竞争是从公告那一刻才开始。

但更让人惊讶的是，在中国台湾，设计单位中标后还要负责监造，也就是你和工程团队变成“命运共同体”，一起考核、一起负责从设计到落地全程绑定。

相比之下，内地在前期就有更多灵活选择，能更早锁定优质厂商，而中国台湾的厂商常常等到标案公布才匆匆准备，挑战不小。

Many mainland projects will carefully investigate the background of suppliers in the early stages, while Taiwan, China, only allows formal contact after "public bidding". That is to say, the procurement time is short and the pace is very fast. The real competition begins from the moment the announcement is made.

But what is even more surprising is that in Taiwan, China, after winning the bid, the design unit is also responsible for supervision. That means you and the engineering team become a "shared destiny community", jointly assessing and taking responsibility for the entire process from design to implementation.

In comparison, the mainland has more flexible options in the early stages and can secure high-quality manufacturers earlier, while manufacturers in Taiwan, China often wait until the bidding announcement is made before rushing to prepare, posing significant challenges.
