藏经楼的设立，代表“僧宝”的佛光山教团，“法宝”的藏经楼与“佛宝”的佛陀纪念馆，由佛光大道串联起来，整个佛光山是“佛、法、僧”三宝具足。佛如光、法如水、僧如田，祈愿每位来访者，皆能获得法水的滋润，智慧如海。本馆展示分为四大区域，自性三宝佛·法·僧：介绍佛光山“佛法僧”三宝俱全（本山、藏经楼、佛陀纪念馆）；佛性：描述大师性格思想，以单点独立展示方式呈现大师个人特质与想法；星云学说：以满义法师所著《星云学说与实践》为展示架构；佛足迹：描述大师一生行脚天下，主要以呈现大师一生行佛中的贫困经历与苦行精神。

The establishment of the Sutra Building represents the Buddhist Light Mountain cult of "monks and treasures", while the Sutra Building of "magic treasures" and the Buddha Memorial Hall of "Buddhist treasures" are connected by the Buddhist Light Avenue. The entire Buddhist Light Mountain is full of the three treasures of "Buddha, Dharma, and Monks". Buddha is like light, Dharma is like water, and monks are like fields. We pray that every visitor can receive the nourishment of Dharma water and wisdom is like the sea. The exhibition in this museum is divided into four major areas, including the Three Treasures of Self nature Buddha, Dharma, and Monk: introducing the complete collection of the Three Treasures of "Buddha, Dharma, and Monk" in Foguang Mountain (this mountain, scripture storage building, and Buddha Memorial Hall); Buddha nature: Describing the personality and thoughts of a master, presenting the master's personal traits and ideas through a single independent display; Nebula Theory: Based on the framework of Master Manyi's "Nebula Theory and Practice"; Buddha's Footprints: Describing the journey of a great master throughout his life, mainly presenting his experiences of poverty and the spirit of asceticism during his life as a Buddha.
